Meet Your Private Chef: Ralph Schelling
For this retreat, we are thrilled to have Ralph Schelling, one of the defining figures of the new Swiss cuisine. Young yet experienced, Ralph combines various culinary traditions and techniques with the best local and seasonal products. Everything he does is defined by careful craftsmanship, uncompromising quality, and scintillating creativity.
Ralph learned his craft with Horst Petermann in the Küsnacht Kunststuben and was also part of Andreas Caminada’s team at Schloss Schauenstein. As the winner of the Swiss Culinary Cup, Ralph has toured top kitchens worldwide, including Ferran Adrià’s El Bulli, Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck, and Ryugin in Tokyo.
Daily Meals: Two gourmet vegetarian meals prepared by Ralph Schelling, using organic and locally sourced ingredients.

Arriving at JK7® Wellness Retreat

BY AIR:
Graz Airport (60 km): We can arrange a shuttle service from Graz Airport to the retreat. Please inform us of your arrival at least one week in advance, as it’s a one-hour drive to the JK7® Wellness Spa.
Vienna Airport (200 km): We recommend taking the train from Vienna to Graz to enjoy the scenic landscape. Alternatively, you can fly directly to Graz.
Klagenfurt Airport (30 km): Another convenient option, with transfers available upon request.
BY TRAIN:
Klagenfurt or Graz Stations: You can take a train to either Klagenfurt or Graz. We can arrange transportation from the station to the retreat.
BY CAR:
Directions: If you are driving, please note that the last 100 meters of the road to the retreat are a gravel trail (Schotterstraße).
Parking: Onsite parking is available. Please pre-book the garage in advance so we can reserve a spot for you.
